Your room is located on the first floor of the completely renovated house according to the latest eco-sustainable constructing criteria. The external walls are wrapped in a (natural) thermal coat, the rooms are covered by ventilated wooden roofs insulated by a thick layer of cork. All this makes the room naturally cool in the summer and comfortable in the cold season. All renovated rooms and bathrooms with rational and elegant materials.
The house is 2.5-6 km from the numerous and beautiful beaches (Maria Pia, Le Bombarde, Lazaretto, Pinetta Mugoni).
